1. **Material and structural requirements**
- The material should be selected according to the usage scenario, including **sprayed steel plate, stainless steel, polymer material** (pressure resistance of more than 4 tons) or high-temperature alloy steel (such as Bochang's D-type lock, pressure resistance of 3-5 tons).
- It must have **waterproof and dustproof performance** (such as IP67 level) and adapt to extreme temperatures (-10°C to +55°C).
- The structural design needs to consider **anti-collision function** (such as 180° anti-collision alarm, flexible rocker arm design) to reduce maintenance costs.
2. **Functional and technical requirements**
- Support intelligent control: such as Bluetooth (BLE), 4G network, POE power supply, and can be connected to third-party platforms or mini-programs.
- It must have **vehicle detection algorithm and self-test system** to achieve automatic lifting, status reporting and fault warning.
- Customized interface: such as 485 communication, RJ45 interface, API protocol, to meet secondary development needs.
3. **Non-standard design and adaptability**
- The size and installation method need to be adjusted according to the site requirements (such as ground fixed or detachable design).
- Special scenarios need to adapt to functions such as charging pile management and shared parking space reservation.
